Medical Tourism
Royal Hospital facilitates medical tourism by providing the best available medical care which is not limited to treatment but the complete trip as a package. We have multi- lingual staff at our facility who can converse with you in your own language and make you feel at home. We assist you with local accommodation and flight book.
The High Dependency Unit
The High Dependency Unit (HDU) at the Royal Hospital is dedicated to people who need moderate care for their medical condition. It is equipped with the latest equipment and according to international standards for patient safety.

Overnight accommodation
We can offer overnight accommodation for the relatives of patients being admitted to the hospital or for patients who attend the hospital for regular treatment. We can also provide facilities for patients prior to their appointment who have to travel a long way to attend the hospital for complex investigations or treatment, but who do not need to be readmitted to a ward.

Laboratory
Royal Hospital laboratory offers automated solutions for the clinical sections. This enables them to perform more than 90% of the tests in real-time. The laboratory is directed by an experienced consultant pathologist. With a team of skilled personnel, modern equipment, technology and support system, the laboratory strives to continually improve its processes.

Our strategy
The strategy used was simple, we wanted to do it ourselves without the involvement of any consultants, we wanted to build the culture of quality within the organization even if it takes time, and we were willing to wait. This is when we established a dedicated quality department involving a few clinicians in this process.
